As you all know, us Big Eyes girls, love Safari print and quite a few of us are British, so this pack really makes us happy!
Nike Air Safari ‘Great Britain’ Pack
I’m not sure, apart from the Union Jack and GBR on the insole, what the connection is between this release and my nationality but I’m not complaining! The premium leather is so smooth and works perfectly next to the safari suede toe and heel panels. I’m not too sure which colourway I prefer and although both are slightly masculine, I wouldn’t turn down either. I love them both. Possibly more Wintery than for Summer, this pack could be worn right now as British weather is pretty poor.

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll often see me uploading pics of a pair of AM1′s I picked up 2 years ago which have club purple panels on them. They literally are my staple Summer shoe and I’m fully amazed that they still look as fresh as the day I bought them.
Anyway, when I saw this women’s release, my jaw dropped and I drooled everywhere. I NEED TO GET MY HANDS ON THESE!
Nike WMNS Air Max Correlate White/Club Purple-Turquoise Blue-Dark Grey
Made from a mixture of Air Max silhouettes, the Correlate is just the right blend of everything I love! The dark grey branding and Swoosh let the club purple and turquoise shine but aren’t lost when perfectly placed next to the white mesh and rubber. A classic colourway on a timeless silhouette.. I’m itching to buy these.
I’m never one to go bright pinks or particularly girlie clothes or shoes, these could potentially be an exception!
Nike Air Max 90 GS ‘White/Wolf Grey-Pure Platinum’
The AM90 silhouette is something I’m always drawn to, maybe because I’m a creature of habit but also because it’s simple but perfect, it never lets me down. With the tonal greys set against the white and bright pink Swoosh, sockliner and branding this shoe can either finish off a Summer outfit or brighten up a Winter one… I love a sneaker that works in every season! You may say that these are nothing special and I’d have to agree, however they do make me smile and I think on a little foot, they’d look cute!

Nike WMNS Blazer Mid LR ‘Black/Anthracite/Violet Wash’
I’m a massive fan of the SB Blazer and have never been hugely drawn towards a standard Blazer or the vintage releases. These are the perfect mix! The anthracite padded tongue and heel make them super snug, that vulcanized sole which I love, in a vibrant violet and the snake skin effect Swoosh all work together to make a perfect shoe for wearing day in, day out.
With the Lunarlon addition to the sockliner, these are as comfortable as my SB Blazers, which is something I’ve not been able to find until now!
The colour of the violet sole on the website is incorrect and it looks like a gum sole. Don’t be deceived, I’ve spoken to Nike customer services (who were really helpful) and it’s a mistake on the website. Get yours here.
Reebok WMNS Classic Leather ‘White’
After writing my post the other day about how I miss my old Reebok Classics, the guys over at Reebok got in touch with me and have sent me a pair from their secret stash! Luckily they had my size and I can’t thank them enough! I definitely didn’t start this blog to get freebies, but it really did make my week when they turned up at my house!
As comfy as ever and as simple as I remember, these really do speak for themselves. These will definitely be my Summer staple shoe, but as they’re so hard to find in the all white leather, I’ll only be wearing them when I’m 100% sure they won’t get ruined!
The leather is so soft and makes the shoe feel really premium. I love them!
Nike WMNS Air Max 1 ND Liberty ‘Imperial Purple/Sail’
Well, what can I say about these. The most girlie shoe I own, and totally different from anything I’ve ever had.
I have stayed away from kicks with a vintaged midsole as I think they just look dirty, but these aren’t just yellowed, they’re sail and glossy so it really adds to the feel of the shoe. The fact that they’re a deep purple colour makes them slightly less feminine and the material on the upper of the shoe is perfect. These are such a classy AM1 and I’ll be picking and choosing the right outfits to wear them with. There’s a UK7 and a UK9 left on the Liberty London website but apparently they will be available for general release from Office/Offspring in May so get in touch with your local store and get a pair reserved!

This isn’t a new camo print just a new WMNS AM90 for us ladies!
Nike WMNS Air Max 90 ‘Stormblue/Stormblue-Jersey Gold’
So I’ll begin with the obvious, an all leather ‘stormblue’ upper which is perfect for winter as it’s wipe clean and will stand out in this snowy weather! The ‘jersey gold’ sole and branding add a slight feminine touch to an otherwise unisex colourway. But this isn’t all that’s special about this WMNS release..
These Air Max 90′s feature a snakeskin camo ankle collar and Swoosh which add texture and something a little bit different to this shoe. I must admit, there is something smurf-like about this 90 but I like it! I know I want to see it up close and definitely try before I buy.. but that’s just because the colour is so far from something I’d normally go for.. however.. cop while you can as I don’t think these will be in stock for long!

Nike Air Max 1 ‘Bright Mandarin/Mineral Blue’
Just in time for this beautiful weather, I come across these on Titolo!
Unfortunately these are not running in women’s or GS sizes (for some strange reason!!) so I won’t be able to get myself a pair! Such a shame because these beasts would definitely make my little feet smile!
If these two colours were brighter, this sneaker wouldn’t have the same effect on me! It’s the soft warmth of the two colours (which slightly resemble the Miami Dolphins team colours) against the fresh just off white base and midsole, that have instantly drawn me in. There’s a maturity about this colourway, it’s hard to describe, but these would definitely be a perfect addition to any collection. I’d wear these bad boys with pride!
I know I won’t be able to rock these AM1s but come on, for the Big Eyes fam, GET YOURS!!
This is the truly inspirational video created for the Nike Better World Campaign.
Through this campaign, the internationally respected sports brand are aiming to use sport as a format to end issues such as depression, homelessness, disease, discrimination and environmental problems.
This is the Nike Free TR Fit, a sneaker created especially for us women. This shoe is designed to leave a small environmental footprint by using a rubber that is more friendly to our environment. The Free TR Fit is also made with ‘water-based cementing and recycled polyester’. These two materials in the outsole, work in a way to help us get the most from out work out by imitating the natural movement of the foot. I also really like the look of this shoe, I’d definitely get myself a pair to keep fit in!
Another part of the campaign works toward educating the people of Soweto about HIV and keeping them fit through sport all at the same time! In this area of South Africa, Nike have built a football academy that has so far, helped 20,000 young local aspiring footballers to keep fit and play their favourite game with the highest level of coaching, along with lessons about HIV, how to prevent contracting it and how to deal with it.

Nike AM 24/7 ‘White/Vibrant Blue/Spark’
The ‘vibrant blue’ sole and panelling up against the white leather are what caught my eye when I was trawling the internet for new shoe inspiration. They look so fresh. Nike aren’t lying, they truly are vibrant!
Normally the 360 clear sole on this 24/7 would really put me off wearing them, however, there’s something about this blue that draws me in.
