Recently I’ve bought a few new pairs of trainers; Nike Air Max 1 Engineered Mesh ‘City Pack’ and both of the Nike Huarache OG retros.
Nike AM1 Engineered Mesh:
I bought these on a bit of a whim. I had some left over Christmas money and saw these in Size? and just went for it without really deciding on whether I liked them or not. It’s taken a while but I’ve definitely come round to really liking this pair. The leather mudguard is really good quality, much better than I have seen on a lot of the recent Air Max 1 releases. The shape is also a lot better than most of the recent releases, and I can’t resist a speckled sole!
Nike Huarache LE ‘OG’ Retro:

I’m just really not sure on whether I’m particularly bothered about these huaraches. Maybe I’ll come round to them soon, I just think that the stitching is really off in places, which makes them look cheap. There’s also some glue marks in areas – think i’ll use them for beaters!
I also picked these huaraches up a while back at the beginning of February. Gonna clean them up really good and give them to my boyfriend. Another great eBay bargain!

Nike Huarache LE Wmns

I have a feeling some people were getting this release confused with the Liberty release and I can see why, however, the print is very different, as is the upper of the shoe.
I wasn’t sure I’d like this release on me but after I tried them on, I fell in love. Along with my 6′s and my black/cement 3′s, these are my favourite Jordans (that I own). I wore them on a trip last weekend and couldn’t stop looking down. They just look so clean and the blue makes them so bright and stand out. I love them!
I’ve been looking for a replacement pair of Huaraches as my 1990′s pair are very close to being unwearable and then these popped up on eBay! I just had to get them and luckily enough, I did!
