Win Win Win!

As if Yani hadn’t got us all super-stupid-excited enough as it is, with her post confirming that the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Infrared release is this coming Friday… we’ve now got another reason to get giddy, as Size? are offering the chance to win a pair of these fresssh kicks!

Head over to Size?’s Twitter post here for details of how to enter – I already have!

Let us know if you manage to get your mitts on any. Hashtag your photos #BigEyesLittleSoles and send them to us on Instagram @BigEyesLilttleSoles or Twitter @BigEyesLilSoles so we can see the heat on your feet!

For those of you who check out the blog regularly, you will have read about my recent lime green fetish and will understand how happy I am about these new releases:

Nike Air Max 1 Cyber/Cyber-White/Neutral Grey

The canvas twill of these trainers give the pair a distinctly summer feel and although not strictly adhering to my lime green fantasy, these citrus drenched honeys give me that neon flavour I want on my feet when the sun makes an appearance sometime this year…

Pre-order yours now from Titolo.

Where I Wanna Be…

When the weather is like this I can’t help but look forward to summer- winter is great too (kind of) but for the average sneaker fiend summer really is the season to be jolly as it usually means the roads are no longer one long obstacle course, where mushy leaves are something like geological Bob-ombs lurking on the road waiting to explode a muddy mess on my crepes.

ANYWAY… Tasha’s latest post on those AM90 Vac Techs inspired me and got me thinking about what AM90s I wanna be rocking this summer. As I have recently decided lime green will be my colour of choice when the Sun starts making a warm appearance, I hereby declare my search for a pair of these:

Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Neon Lime Green

There’s something so seamless about one tone kicks and with a neon colour way like this, these kicks are especially striking- not everyone’s cup of tea I realise but highly attractive to me nonetheless.

OH and just to add a little bit of backdrop to the post, try reading it again whilst listening to this:

Color Swag

Check out the new Nike iD ‘Color Swag’ Advert.

From and advertising graduate’s perspective, this advert has a clear message, creates great hype around the product and generally makes the iD product look ‘cool’.
I’m yet to own a pair of iD’s, I can’t quite justify the price as of yet, but when I have more dollar, I’m sure I could design myself an incredible pair of teeny AM1′s!
I really like this advert and it does all it needs to do.
Well done Nike.
