Nike Air Safari Pack Summer Release

Following my last post I’d like to rub some more Safari news in your lovely faces, set for a summer release is the classic 87 silhouette and the Trainer 1 both featuring the almighty Safari print!

Once again, keep those big eyeballs of yours all over our blog for more information and release dates.

Italian Spark

No I’m not talking about a holiday romance.. just these incredible Air Max 1 inspired Pegasus 89 colourways!

Instead of showing you a generic photo from the store’s website, I’m going to show you all what they look like on (my boyfriend – in case you were wondering why my legs looked so masculine!)

Nike Air Pegasus 89  ’White/Italy Blue’
Nike Air Pegasus 89 ‘White/Spark Red’
The White base colour on both of these shoes is so fresh and Summery. With the additions of those Air Max 1 inspired blue and red suede panels, top eyelets and branding, these kicks are basically perfect; attractive to the eye, a great way to round off an outfit and they’ll obviously get people staring.

In my opinion the Spark Red pair are much nicer. The vibrance of the red against the silver panelling and white mesh is just a dream combination!

According to my boyfriend, they’re super light, really comfortable and with him being a black Half Cab obsessive, the fact that he’d even think about buying a white shoe just shows you how amazing they are!

Get yours at your local Size? store for £67, they run from a UK6 so some of you ladies will be lucky enough to get a pair!

Like A Well Aged Glass Of Wine

When I came across these and saw the block colour, my eyes nearly fell out of my head!

Nike Air Max 1 TXT ‘Magenta/Magenta/White/NTRL Grey’
The AM1 silhouette always makes my little feet stand out and with this magenta canvas upper, I know my size 3′s would be smiling.

The additions of the lighter colours on the midsole, branding and sockliner really bring out the single coloured upper, making it a shoe fit for the sunshine.

With a size run of a UK6 and upwards, I know that some of you ladies out there will be looking to get your hands on these. From what I can see, they’ll be releasing the end of May but stick with Big Eyes and we’ll keep you updated!

Let’s Reflect

I don’t think I’ve ever put this on the blog before, but my sport of choice is track and field. From 12-16 I trained as a sprinter and had I not been injured, I would probably still be running today. This is more than likely a big part of what fuelled my love for running shoes and that’s why I feel it’s really important that I show you these beasts!

Nike Air Max 1 ‘Black/Reflective’ (Track and Field Collection)
With it’s totally understated two tone upper, this AM1 is a stand out part of the Nike Track and Field Collection which has been created with the 1970′s running squad- Athletics West and rebellious American long distance runner Steve Prefontaine in mind.

In case you’re wondering what Athletics West is.. Back in the 70s, athletes weren’t sponsored by well known brands like they are today. Bill Bowerman, Phil Knight – who we all know as the founders of Nike – and Geoff Hollister, were athletes at the time and realised that their sport needed a push and for people in America to take notice of track and field. Athletics West became a team of top class athletes with dreams of winning medals in the Olympics and was sponsored by the then newly created brand.. Nike.

We’ll keep you updated with release dates.

It’s A Hyperfuse Frenzy!

You’ve just feasted your big eyes on the AM90 Hyperfuse, check these out!

After seeing my beloved 90 transformed into a futuristic being, I’m seriously happy to be able to share these with you!

Yes, an Air Max 1 silhouette which has been built with some serious technology. The joins between the different panels on the sneaker are near to invisible. Not only that, the shoe itself has lost weight!

Whilst you’re all on your diets for the perfect beach bod, Nike have done the same for the 87. Could its lighter weight take the sneaker back to a performance shoe? Although the sneaker does look rad, I won’t make a judgement until I can hold it and try it on.
What are your opinions?
