I’ll let the above image speak for itsself! Finally… Now, is the time you can make your very own, totally unique, perfect pair of Roshe Runs!
For the smaller footed fiends out there, you’ve got your pick of the crop with both kids and women’s sizes available. Choose from a full mesh upper or add some suede, if you feel like giving your kicks a premium feel. I can’t tell you what colourways to go for but one thing I will say is that the lunarlon sole, cushioned collar and EVA foam outsole will all work together to make your feet super comfortable.
If you look through all my sneakers, you won’t find a pair of Roshe’s YET… But come payday, I think I’ll have to invest in some…
I think eBay is pretty underrated with regards to picking up trainers. People often overlook it thinking that it’s a lot of effort to find any gems – but trust me, the effort is worth it. Some of my favourite pairs were purchased on eBay, all it takes is a little patience. Here are some of my favourite eBay pick-ups, just to prove that there really are some bargains to be had:
Nike Air Tailwind OG!
Nike Air 180 Mint – 2010
Nike x Foot Patrol Air Stabs – 2005
Nike Air Huarache LE – 2007
Nike Air Max 95 ‘Valentines’ – 2000
Nike Air Huarache Green/Grey – 2004
Let us know if you’ve managed to pick up any gems on eBay by tweeting us @bigeyeslilsoles, or hashtagging #bigeyeslittlesoles in your instagram photos!
It was in one of my very first, if not THE first blog posts, featured in the ‘Sheffield Crep Hunt’ that I first noticed these beauties. The shape, the colour, mesmerising.
This running trainer has been around since the 80’s (specific year and dates open to speculation), if you hadn’t already guessed by merely the appearance.
After having made the decision to definitely save up and cop them, I discovered they’d been moved from my branch of Offspring because they weren’t selling?!?! Now this I found a crazy situation. Having one of the most interesting forms and colourways on the shelves at the time. A little different from the Adidas originals that had been saturating other media as well. But no, definitely sent to London :( .
Ever since this I’ve been waiting, and watching for another release to get my little hands on.
2010 Spring/Summer release
2011 Spring Black Spark
2011 Ultra clean Black Leather
2011 Winter White Super Green Collegiate
2011 Atmos x Addidas
2012 Summer release
A few days ago I got my wish!! Size? are set to release an all time favorite. Yet to announce exactly which one.
Ladies, I hope you’re excited as I am about this, and keep those eyes peeled.
The lovely guys over at Saucony sent me a little gift a few weeks back and I have to say, I’m loving it!
Saucony Womens Jazz Original ‘Navy/Pink/White’
Walking in these blue babies, is like walking on clouds… They’re super comfortable and literally made my feet SO happy!
I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the pink within them but I feel it is a good addition to an otherwise seemingly masculine shoe. With a similarity in silhouette to that of a few others that I own, it didn’t take too much getting used to when looking down onto them – (which is usually make or break for me when trying something new).
Overall, the perfect Spring sneakers. Even my ridiculously girly worries about them clashing hugely with my love for all things black has gone out the window. Now bring on the sunshine, I wanna wear these everywhere!
So, HOW DO I ENTER?!, I hear you ask.. Simply repost the pic below on your Instagram, post your UK shoe size, #sizebigeyes and @bigeyeslittlesoles@sizeofficial in the comments and we will pick a winner from there! (You must be following both Instagram accounts to be in with a chance of winning).
You’ve got 7 days from….. NOW, to enter and we’ll pick a winner at random, on Friday 22nd March at midnight.
Custom made skate steeze.
Janoski’s are just beautiful and I’ve craved a pair for quite sometime now. Being an indecisive creature, I’d spent hours searching eBay and as many kicks retailers as possible to try and find the ONES! Alas, I didn’t, so I decided to just get some iD’s. Controversially, putting my name on.
Ladies judge for yourself on this manoeuvre!
Janoski’s are incredibly comfortable, the zoom air cushions being light and responsive. By far my new favourites!
We want to know about your iD’ing experiences! Get snapping your custom designs and hashtagging #BigEyesLittleSoles and we’ll be making a feature at the end of the month featuring your best designs!
